Requirements for Enrollment

Grades 1st through 8th are processed on a rolling admissions basis. The registration must be completed. You will be guided step by step through the process which will include the following:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Transfer Notice from Previous School
  • School Registration Form
  • Updated Medical Forms
  • Emergency Form
  • Intent to Comply with Rules and Policies Form
  • Registration Fee
