After 8:00am mass on Friday, February 17, Fr. Tom invited the school children to see the palms they had brought to church burned into ashes. The palm fronds, from Palm Sunday 2011, were blessed and burned in the driveway of the church. The children really enjoyed this annual event and will attend Ash Wednesday mass at 8:00am on Wednesday, February 22.
