St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic School thanks you for considering a Catholic education. We aim to educate the whole child, and promise that you will be making a priceless investment in your child’s future. It is our goal to offer a rich learning environment that is affordable to all families. St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic School admits students of any race, color, sex, national, and ethnic origins to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities available at the school.
Admission for preschool and kindergarten is on a first come, first served basis with priority to siblings and parishioners. In order to attend, children must be fully toilet trained. The student must be of age prior to September 1st in concomitant class.
Admission for Grades 1 through 8 is processed on a open rolling admissions basis. Our registration process begins on in late January. Registering is easy using our printed or online Registration Form. In order to enroll your student(s), you must submit a registration form and submit a non-refundable registration fee that is due to complete and confirm submission.You will be guided step by step through the process after contacting our office.
We have open enrollment. Current families may register immediately following Christmas break. Early enrollment with $50 discount on registration fee ends February 1st. May 15th enrollment ends and all paperwork and registration fees must be submitted. Physicals are due prior to first day of school. Eye examinations are due October 15th and Dental examinations are due May 15th. These forms can be found under Parent Resources tab.

Apply For Financial Assistance
We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform. Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. If you would like to view the plans offered by our school, please review the information provided by FACTS on our website or the website below. We also accept tax credit scholarship or TCS. Also, please visit the websites of the Archdiocese of Chicago and Empower Illinois for more information.

Scholarship funding is available for families who are unable to pay the fixed rates. All requests should be made through the Principal directly. All information is kept confidential. There are 3 steps to the scholarship process.
1. Sign up with FACTS Management.
2. Sign up with Empower Illinois.
3. Schedule an in-person meeting with the Principal.
